CRN honors iland (now 11:11 Systems) for channel leadership, growth, and momentum.
For most of us, each new year begins with a desire to hit the ground running — to start strong. But there’s starting strong, and then there’s starting strong. Through the first half of 2022, the iland (now 11:11 Systems) channel team has done the latter.
In case you missed it, 11:11 announced on Thursday that the company and its channel leaders have been recognized for the partner program’s ongoing growth and success. Most recently, CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, named Heather Bouvier, Jacquelyn Gonzalez, and Laura Shafer to its 2022 Women of the Channel list.
This list, updated annually, recognizes the incredible accomplishments of female leaders from all across the IT channel, including vendors, distributors, and solution providers. Its honorees are credited with making a daily impact on the industry thanks to their vision, expertise, and hard work. That sure does sound like the trio of Bouvier, Gonzalez, and Shafer, all of whom work tirelessly on behalf of 11:11 partners. Shafer, in particular, is no stranger to channel excellence. In fact, 2022 marks her seventh appearance on CRN’s list.
“We are proud to once again recognize the remarkable leaders on this year’s Women of the Channel list. Their influence, confidence and diligence continue to accelerate channel success significantly,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “Their accomplishments will inspire others, and we look forward to witnessing their future contributions to the channel.”
Driven by the precipitous rise in cybercrime, including threats like ransomware, organizations are continuing to turn to 11:11 Systems to defend, protect, and quickly recover from data loss. The worldwide growth in remote work has also strengthened demand for 11:11’s cloud services, as IT leaders look for solutions that offer comprehensive protection and security alongside high levels of performance for mission critical data.
As a result, CRN also saw fit to award the iland (now 11:11) Partner Program with a 5-star rating in its 2022 Partner Program Guide, placing it among the most distinguished cloud suppliers in the IT channel. iland (now 11:11) has now earned a CRN 5-star rating for five consecutive years, an impressive benchmark for industry leadership, innovation, and success.
It’s no surprise then that 11:11’s fearless channel leader, Koorosh Khashayar, was named to CRN’s list of 2022 Channel Chiefs — a prestigious distinction reserved for the industry’s leading IT channel executives who consistently demonstrate outstanding leadership, influence, innovation, and growth. Since being named vice president of global channels in 2019, Khashayar has led the transformation of 11:11’s channel presence, exponentially expanding its partner base and training resources. It is his third straight appearance as a Channel Chief.
“Providing our partners with the resources necessary to engage their customers in meaningful ways has never been more critical,” said Khashayar. “In the past year, we’ve made massive investments in our partner community, which includes sales and technical certification and training, turnkey marketing support and increased MDF and SPIFFs. As a result, our partners have seen their sales increase and businesses grow significantly. It’s an honor to work with partners around the world and to receive recognition from CRN for these important initiatives.”
